The Hunger Games series - District 6

Hii! Just got back from Paris which was amazing but that's why I haven't uploaded a video in a while. So this is District 6 and their way of contributing to the Capitol is by making transportation such as trains.

So I took inspiration from the trains that take the tributes to the Capitol for The Hunger Games so I did a double silver flick and a cut crease with an extra liner above it to create the impression of rails. I also made the eyebrows very dark and inline with the crease so again it gives the impression of railway tracks. Enjoy!

This is the nail polish that I used, unfortunately it was getting dark so I couldn't take any decent pictures but it's called 'Dusky Mauve'

Urban Decay Primer Potion
First, prime your eyes...

...using a wide paddle brush...

...apply this colour to the inner 2/3 of the lid...

...using a smaller paddle brush...

...apply this colour to the outer corner of the lid...

...apply this colour over the top to lighten it up a bit...

...using this brush for the brow highlight...

...using this brush for the inner corner highlight...

...apply this colour to the brow bone and the inner corner of the eye...

...using a chubby pencil brush...

...apply this colour to the crease, blending it upwards but not down because you want to keep a contrast between the dark and light colours...

...using a flat angle liner...

...reapply this dark colour making a harsh line, then recreate the same liner about 3/4mm up...

..using the same brush, apply this lighter colour in between the lines to separate them more...  

...apply a glitter liner along the whole of the upper lid, half of the bottom lid and create two parallel flicks however long you choose...

...going back to this brush...

...apply this colour to your eyebrows...

...apply lashes...

...apply to the hollows of your cheeks...

...apply to your lips, use a lip brush if you want to...
