The Hunger Games series - District 2

So this is the next make up look in The Hunger Games series, District 2 whose occupation is Masonry, they therefore make things out of stone which I assume is how the foundations of the Capitol was made. They are known for being the 'pets' of the Capitol as they sort of suck up to them.

This makeup look is insanely simple because I was struggling for inspiration as I didn't want to go for a boring monotone look with silvers and blacks. As the 2nd District of Panem is automatically a career in The Hunger Games they are seen as being quite bloodthirsty and evil so I added some reddish tones to the grey smokey eye look. Enjoy!

First, prime your eyes...

NYX Jumbo eye liner
...apply this all over the lid to act as a sticky base for the eye shadow...

NYX Jumbo eye liner  
...apply this to the outer crease and blend it with the other liner to make a dark brown...

...using a paddle brush...

...apply this to the lid...

...using a tapered brush...

...blend this colour into the crease...

...using a chubby pencil brush...

...apply this colour to the inner corner of the eye as an inner highlight...

...using a flat angle liner...

...apply any light skin colour for the brow highlight...

...using a thin angle liner brush...

...apply lightly to brows...

MAC blush Trace Gold
...apply blush and contour colour...

...using a precise lip liner...

OCC LIp Tar in Trick 
...apply to lips.
