So this is the first tutorial of three, you can see them all below, I thought that not that many people would be brave or crazy enough to wear this lip tutorial so i'd do it first. Tune in for the eyes and nails tomorrow and the next day.
So the lips and everything else are inspired by the union jack flag and are blue, red and white.
Apply NYX Jumbo eye pencil in Milk to the half of your lips that you want to be white...
...using a flat angle liner brush...
...line your bottom lip with a mid tone blue, only line the white half of your upper lip...
...using a lip brush (sorry this one's dirty)...
...apply a red lip stick to the plain sections on the lips, the lower lip will have a gradient from white and red and the upper lip will have a sharp line...
...using the same brush, apply this Barry M pigment (No47) wet over the top of the lip stick to make the colour a more 'true' red, it also adds more shimmer...
...using a small paddle brush...
...place some thin silver glitter over the white eye liner, it should stick if you used a NYX jumbo pencil, this adds a bit more of a diamond feel to the look...
