Next is the 8th District, their way of contributing to the capitol is by making textiles which is another really tricky one. Again I took some inspiration from the China Glaze polish 'Dress Me Up'.
This No7 polish is called 'Milan' obviously relating to textiles and fashion because Milan is a fashion capitol of the world. It's an insane colour, I love it! It has a light pink base and is packed with fine silver glitter to make it really bright and shimmery. Unlike more glitter nail polishes the finish is really smooth.
