Ahhh this is so late! I uploaded the video for this tutorial so long ago so i'm really sorry for the huge gap between, i'll just make this a short post. 
This look is very natural as Spencer never looks too dressed up and probably wears the least makeup out of all the liars. I used thin eyeliner and nude eye shadow to just define the eyes and then slightly pinkish cheeks and lips. Enjoy!
